【Shake-shake-Shape-shape。減肥記】

November 17, 2011 涼涼的，濕濕的

I want my 30" waist back!
I don't want anything > 75kg
Daddy, cut oil cut oil, work harder!!

雖然已經在{媽-masak}出現兩回了，但媽咪還是有點小遺憾，因為之前出現的多啦A夢一個是紅叮噹，一個是黑叮噹，而且都是有頭無身的叮噹 >,<
。。。所以媽咪一直很想做一個完整+典型的藍色小叮噹!! :-D

這幾天女兒的爸正積極地進行他的瘦身大計，為了給他加油打氣，媽咪就讓爹地的青梅竹馬多啦A夢打頭陣，一起加入啦啦隊 ^.^v

*happy lunch* includes:
Apple & banana (starter) + pan fried onion egg +
spinach enoki mushroom tofu with vegetarian oyster sauce + yacon pork rib soup

下午小妞監督著正忙家務的媽咪時，忽然又給媽咪出考題：
“What is your （她自己）name?”

每當碰上小妞的這道問題，媽咪往往都答錯 >.< （唯一可以肯定的是，答案一定不是Iroko Soong YuRou）
因為那小妞總會幻想自己有多重身份 @_@
她是Megan（Barney的夥伴），Emma（Barney的夥伴），Katherin（Hi-5成員之一），也是MeiLin （gymnastics的教練），有時還會變成媽咪，小姨，ah Han 哥哥（她的小表哥）或Joey姐姐（她的表姐）。。。

看媽咪答不上來，小妞很得意的揭開謎底：
“I'm Eva Soong!!”
這一次不曉得又是出現在哪個Barney系列的人物了 <o_0>"'

September 22, 2011 Humid hazy rainy cloudy...

Rat + Cat = Disaster??
Nothing is impossible ;)

They were supposed to be "black-matches-yellow" but the pan fried egg was not thin enough to perfectly wrap up the rice ball. As a result, here comes the contrast match ;p

*happy lunch* includes:
Grapes & cherry tomatoes (starter) + fried egg +  cabbage fish ball soup +
braised cauliflower, black fungus, oyster mushroom,  enoki mushroom & broccoli stalk

媽咪碎碎念：
因為小妞， 媽咪終於有機會真正欣賞一部聞名已久的經典歌舞劇‘The Sound of Music’ 。
記得中學時期因為電視台重播，那電影又被翻熱了一輪。也忘了自己是否有看過，只知道對劇情一點印象也沒有 ;p

女兒的爸念了好久說要讓女兒看這出真人真事文藝片，那時媽咪還潑冷水說小妞怎麼會看上那種“古董”作品 =.=
結果買回來後，媽咪就被爹地的冰水由頭淋到腳 #.#
小妞竟然愛死了那影片！！！剛開始的頭幾天更是猖狂得從早看到晚；接下來幾天還好，只是不斷重播那幾幕她喜歡的歌舞片段。

跟著小妞看，媽咪終於明白它會成為經典的原因了。
在那個沒什麼科技可言，娛樂消遣寥寥無幾的年代，能有這般水準的內容+曲目，那影片確實很深得人心。更何況其中一首是很多人的快樂童謠，即使像媽咪這些70後沒看過影片的，都幾乎會哼上幾句：

DOE, a deer, a female deer

RAY, a drop of golden sun

ME, a name I call myself

FAR, a long long way to run

SEW, a needle pulling thread

LA, a note to follow sew

TEA, a drink with jam and bread

That will bring us back to DOE ooo...

看了不下20次，小妞都還是只記得DOE 和ME那兩句而已 >.<
喏，那小妞又在拉破喉嚨高唱：

“Now you know the notes to sing

You can sing most anything～～～”

July 14, 2011 Haze... haiz....

This is me---RAFAEL ^,^

Undeniably, kids nowadays are far more ingenious, smarter & knowleageable than their papa mama. For sure, IT sophisticatication is considered as the key contributor. Cartoons/movies & educational programmes available for kids no longer merely cartoonize the audience's life. Many of those cartoons are educational, insightful and informative.

RIO is one of the most recent worth-watching movie (or cartoon?). At least, the movie reminds the audience of being environmental-&-animal friendly; makes the audience learn about illegal wildlife trade as a common activity in Rio... etc.

Iroko loves the movie too, especially the song, dance performance by the birds, and of course, the very impressive, colourful, marvelous animations!!

*happy lunch* includes:
Papaya + black chicken soup + fried Chinese sausage (lap cheong) +
fried egg + stewed fresh mushroom, enoki mushroom & baby bok choy

童言童語：
媽咪很壞蛋，知道自己沒有辦法抵抗小妞的那句五字絕句『媽咪，笑哈哈』，就特地要想小妞挑戰極限。昨午，恰恰有個機會讓媽咪試探小妞的忍耐力+“深度”。

昨天，媽咪帶小妞去韻律操，快要抵達時，媽咪就一直提醒小妞把鞋子穿上，準備下車。怎知，她就是趁媽咪心情好，故意撒野，拖拖拉拉地，還把其中一隻鞋子弄丟到座椅下面。被媽咪嘮叨一點，就放聲哭了出來（其實她也是累了，但因為很興奮地期待著她的gymnastics class，就死撐）。媽咪見狀，就故意不理睬她。

小妞如常使出她的五字絕句。媽咪當然不賣賬。半響，小妞聲淚俱下地說：
“Mummy， 笑哈哈，不要罵罵，MUST BE GOOD GIRL, KISS IROKO huh!”
一直重複要媽咪親親她。。。

當下，媽咪很想哭，，但卻強忍淚水，對著她，笑了一笑。。。
