原來人只要一提不起勁兒，就會開始懶散；
原來只要懶散下來，就真的會開始進入冬眠狀態！
不說別的，看這部落格的更新速度就清楚了 :p
距離上一次的更新也應該有好些日子了……
好吧，復活就在今朝！
獻上花童菲菲 ^.^

其實也不全然是因為‘懶’（又給自己找藉口下台了）……
前些日子兩個小瓜又再“中招”——被傷風-發燒-咳嗽，三個好朋友找上了。
不必多說，媽咪們應該都能深深體會，照顧生病的孩子有多累，更何況兩個一起來 *^* /o\
所以，沒時間，更沒心情玩‘媽媽撒’了。

再加上過了一歲生日後，樂樂弟弟的精力越來越旺盛，也越來越愛搞怪，弄得媽咪快招架不住啦 @///@ 喏， 看吧！

媽咪才舉起相機要給姐姐和她的快樂餐照相，樂樂弟弟就拼命揪著媽咪的雙腿，直到媽咪給他一個“咔嚓”，照一個相，才高興地蹦跳着離開！

回到這次的主題“花童菲菲”。
事實上這不是小妞特愛的動畫。只不過是媽咪貪它不復雜，不難做，就選上了菲菲 :p
不過，至少還是小妞熟悉的卡通人物，嘻嘻……

Happy lunch includes:
Onigiri (egg flavour) + stir-fried French beans & shimeji mushrooms + steamed pumpkin + onion fried egg

飯糰的顏色‘Hagoromo五色飯糰調味料’調出來的，坦白說有點失望，顏色太淡了。之前還蠻期待的 :( 不過，也好，證明沒有太多色素，呵呵呵……（自欺欺人！沒辦法，下次勤力些，用天然染色料）

童言童語：
最近小妞瘋狂迷上美人魚，常常用她的被單把自己包成人魚在地上轉來轉去、滾來滾去。
媽咪一直覺得那被單應該很髒了。那天實在忍受不了就把它扔進洗衣機裡洗。

小妞就一直蹲在洗衣機前守護着她的“人魚尾巴”。忽然，她跑過來憂心忡忡地告訴媽咪：
“Mummy, I'm so worried that my blanket will get dizzy. Look, it keeps spinning inside the washing machine!!”

女兒，妳不是當真的吧？！妳也為免太搞笑了吧 :p

 October 24, 2011 旱 。雨

這個草圖給媽咪很多創作靈感。
從頭到腳都有無限的發揮空間。
想過用褐紅色的糙米粉，也想過把薯泥用可可粉“染成”深褐色做頭髮；
想過用乳酪片修當皮膚， 也想過用白米飯捏成飯糰娃娃；
想過用5顏6色的圓形糖片做一串項鍊；
想過給娃娃“縫製”soba抹茶面草裙；
想過讓娃娃穿件紅色小背心。。。

Iroko has been influenced deeply by Barney series.
Recently, she loves folk dances so much...
The Hula is one of her regular exercise choices now!

結果因為小妞開始鬧肚子餓，就一切從簡。。。

*happy lunch* includes:
Grapes & orange (starter) + mashed potato + steamed French beans +  Yacon soup

某天在等電梯時，小妞興致勃勃拉起她的蓬蓬裙，在那裡左扭右擺的跳起舞來。看她跳得那麼開心，媽咪也配合她，做狀拉裙子隨她踢踏踢踏地起舞。怎知那小妞竟然揶揄媽咪：

“Mummy, you want to dance like Koko？But mummy is wearing pants, mummy doesn't have skirt like Koko one！。。。Or Koko buy for mummy？ But mummy is too big, cannot fit！Never mind when mummy becomes smaller like a baby, then mummy can wear the skirt。。。”

媽咪就告訴小妞，人只能一直長大，然後變老，媽咪是沒有辦法在變小貝比了。結果小妞“安慰”媽咪說：

“Can, mummy must eat a lot of rice, noodles... then you will become smaller！”@_@ 

因為大人常常告訴她要吃得飽飽才會長大，要多吃點才有力氣做這個做那個。。。想必小妞心裡一定認為只要吃多一點，吃飽一點，就會有“法力”變出你想要的東西！！

October 13, 2011 High temp + bright + blue sky + white clouds

Elephant is one of Iroko's favourite animals and she has greater preference over this clumsy cute animal when she saw Barney repeatedly sings the elephant song and performs the elephant dance.
Continuing from the previous *happy meals* of the current week, today's *happy lunch* remains the spirit of "simplisticism" ;p

Daddy bought these mini potatoes from Cameron Highlands last week.
Better finish them as soon as possible before the growth of green tuber/new sprouts @.@

No joke, it took less than 7min. to complete the arrangement / decor of the meal. The most demanding part was to peel the potatoe skin >@<
Look!!! The smallest potatoe is even smaller than a small size fish ball!!!

*happy lunch* includes:
Banana (starter) + mashed potatoe + durian muffin +
+ hard boiled egg + steamed French beans + seaweed fish balls soup

昨天下午小妞午睡醒來後，媽咪陪她在露台看了一會兒天空，就開始忙著準備晚餐；晚餐後又忙著清洗碗碟，再給小妞洗澡，再去洗她的衣服（手洗，所以很慢），接著又曬衣服，收衣服，折衣服，跟著又燙衣服 @.@

雖然小妞一整晚也自得其樂地跟Barney載歌載舞，但也注意到媽咪沒有停下來，就很嘮叨地問媽咪：
“Mummy, what are you doing? Why are you so busy?” O_O

女兒，老娘的老公，妳的老爸都還沒投訴老婆沒時間陪他咧！！
（當然，他怎敢出聲，就不怕媽咪叫他做家務？！）\o/

September 21, 2011 Another rainy day... but with bright moods ;D

爺爺是大鼠， Koko是小鼠^u^
老鼠愛大米，也愛芝士！所以兩樣都為妳準備

Yes, those are prawns on the "cake"--rice with cheddar cheese topping decorated with  chocolate rice.
This is specially for grandfather!!  Happy birthday, 爺爺！！

In fact mummy spent longer time to configure the "key person" of the meal. Yet, the birthday cake took longer time when putting the plan in place ;p ...

看清楚了吧？！ ^^

Mummy has some experience playing around with rice. The rice topped with cheese was not that easy to handle though. The  single slice of cheese imposes more weight to the rice after being heated up by microwave and the front and back of the cake started to sink especially when the prawns and berries were set in place >.<
... there and then only mummy realised she was not decorating a real cake!! ;-p

*happy lunch* includes:
Grapes & blueberries (starter) + stir fried French beans & prawns +
hard boiled egg + sweet corns soup

小妞近來對汽車名字有點興趣，可是她對車型的辨識能力有點遜，常常都顛三倒四  '~'
很多時候，在她眼裡很多車都變成了像媽咪的車款，左邊那輛是Vios，前面的是Vios，跟在後面的，右邊的也是Vios @.@

黑色的不是爹地的，就是姑丈或叔叔的車　#.#

白色的不是小姨就是奶舅的車 @.@

所有的 “too-big-car” （她給 MPV起的稱號）都是爹地老闆的車。。。 >.<

September 19, 2011 Delightfully cool with showery rain

Tigger is another friend been placed on the waiting list when Winnie the Pooh was called to join {ma-masak}. Until mummy bought the Pastazoo Animaletti, the whole picture of today's *happy lunch* was eventually visualised.

It's mummy “cranky” hobby to buy/try different types of rice, noodles, and pastas. @.@

The pasta is truly good! Other than being presentable, or rather to say it's catchy & attractive to young eaters, texture wise it is chewy and solid! Unlike most pastas, which taste somewhat tasteless, Pastazoo carries light salty taste. So no salt needs to be added when cooking as usual. In short, worth trying!

*happy lunch* includes:
Mashed potatoe & sweet potatoe & carrot + pasta with white sauce +
steamed baby French beans + pan fried sausage + miso soup with oyster mushroom

童言童語之離家出走記：

整個下午，小妞說要午睡，把媽咪“騙上床”好幾次，豈知她越躺越精神，又爬起來繼續看Barney，Hi-5，玩Scooter，puzzle，彩色，畫畫 …… >.<

到了5點她又告訴媽咪她疲倦了，要媽咪到睡房陪她，這次媽咪就扳起了臉，警告她一定要睡著。那小妞竟然也一本正經地‘警告’媽咪：

“Mummy, smile please! Don't 罵罵，otherwise Koko go away, then mummy 怕怕and cry！” 我的天哪！！ @.@

July 27, 2011 Cloudy windy day

媽咪最怕要煎炸東西，除了魚，煎豆腐是最讓媽咪聞之喪膽的事情了。
但今天媽咪終於找到可以不必被熱滾滾的油噴到傷痕累累的煎豆腐方法了，嘢！！

The tofu-bugs project is totally out of planning (mummy had terrible headache the whole morning @.@).
Nevertheless, she was so happy when she found the way to fry tofu "beautifully" without burning herself and without using much cooking oil. The secret is to use non-stick frying pan!! (all the while mummy used wok for deep frying, never thought of using frying pan)
Suddenly, she was inspired by those tofu...
suddenly, she forgot about her pain...
suddenly, Iroko went to kitchen with her newly bought lady-bug tang-lung...
and here it is, the tofu-bugs :)

Strawberries & grapes + Green tea soba noodles +
boiled baby French beans + fried tofu with minced meat & amaranth + English gourd soup

每當媽咪犯頭疼時，小妞總會很貼心地去拿風油幫媽咪塗在太陽穴兩側再加以按摩，又會很關心地問媽咪有沒有服藥。還不時叮嚀媽咪要good girl, 笑哈哈，才不會頭疼。。。
記得有次小妞看見媽咪塗風油，就自言自語地說：

“Mummy headache, because mummy's head already spoilt...”

July 20, 2011 A typical summer!!



Marty -- a carefree cute zebra, always sees the bright side of most things ^.^ 

Alex has escaped from Madagascar to {ma-masak} for a period of time, it's now Marty's turn to move in move in  (^u^)v

Iroko had a late lunch today (2:45pm) because the pitiful little one had to follow mummy rushing here and there (from Serdang-->Kajang-->Bangi--->Serdang) to do the settlement for the car and roadtax renewal. Although it was quite tiring, she seemed quite enjoyed >,< no complain from her at all ;p

Grapes + stir-fried baby French beans, assorted veggie & prawns + sweet corn soup

今天不記錄小妞的名句，倒是要記載關於小妞的幾件不重要的小事 ;p
很多事表面上看來隨機又不重要， 但加起來卻能讓人更了解另一個人/一件事並可窺到那人的內心世界。。。摘自劉軒《放任心中的一百次流浪》
更何況，憑著對孩子成長點點滴滴的記錄，無疑地能讓自己的教育方式作出調整，並同時能享受育兒天倫之樂 ^.^

《小妞最愛5大影片》排行榜：

1）美女與野獸
* 動畫卡通的先鋒，沒什麼看頭的科技視覺效果，但卻把細節都很細膩的呈現出來。可是，媽咪覺得，最吸引小妞的還是那可歌可泣又浪漫的故事情節 >,<

2）MADAGASCAR
* 這回不是因為劇情，倒是那幾隻擔大旗的主角動物都是小妞所熟悉和喜愛的動物 (^ ^)v 當然，也得歸功於那首成名曲--I like to move it move it...

3）RIO
* 除了色彩絢麗，栩栩如生的畫面，也純粹因為它像出歌舞劇--可讓小妞跟著又唱又擺又跳 @.@

4）TRANSFORMER 2
* 故事不是賣點，也不是其要，讓小妞乖乖坐著配老爸看上半個多小時的主要原因是那些一直出現的飛機，戰鬥機，和直升機！！

5）Wall-E
*  影片能上榜，完全是因為一個令人跌破眼鏡，甚至噴飯的理由--很多小強（蟑螂）等昆蟲的出現！！！

July 18, 2011 Dry hot day

The quality of the blue dye is so lousy... Look, I'm no longer BLU but GREY

When mummy received those dried butterfly-pea-flowers from granny, she was thrilled because a few "dream-projects" in her mind could finally come true. However, to her disappoinment, the coloured juice extracted from those dried flowers didn't turn purplish but GREY!!! (/o\)

There must be something went wrong!?!?!?! Should fresh flowers be used instead?!

Pineapple (starter) + mashed potatoe + steamed baby French beans +
miso soup with tofu, fresh mushroom & nori

童言童語：
這階段的小妞正進入辨識+試探各種正負情緒的過程。由於還未完全掌握表達自我感受的技術，很多時候在“說不出口”，別人又無法諒解她的想法和感受之際，小妞就會鬧彆扭，比如提高聲量說『不要 / Don't Want / Stop!』，把手裡的小玩具往地上丟，或是動手打自己 >///<

就因為要知道她一旦用那種情緒會有什麼後果，小妞即使多心浮氣躁，都會問媽咪：
“誰？Who threw / shouted / beat？”

為了配合劇情，媽咪也會答：“就是IROKO!”
接著，小妞就會惆悵地自言自語：
“You (herself) threw, then no more toys to play!”， 又或是
“You shouted, no manners, cannot go dancing/gymnastics class!”

July 13, 2011 Again, it's hazy and cloudy but stuffy >,<

The first hot food that mummy learned and mastered is poached egg---荷包蛋！
That is the simplest yet most delicious cooking to commit to whenever she feels lazy & sluggish ;p
Especially now!! Even if mummy doesn't have appetite to eat, she still needs to cook for the little one >,<

Congee with poached egg + stir-fry French beans

曾經，在小妞一歲左右，媽咪常常為了小妞喝水不多而傷腦筋，甚至曾想過要孤掷一注，用『利賓娜』(Ribena, blackcurrant drink) 來誘惑她，也還好，她並沒有上鉤 (=.=)

現在情況總算大大改善了，每天都有及格的喝水量--唯一的問題就是太被動了，如果不是媽咪把水送到她嘴裡，每次自己喝水時，她就只是把口唇沾濕而已，真的是“蜻蜓點水”@ . @
但慶幸的是，她“來水不拒”，媽咪餵多少，她就喝多少。
也幸好她是極之愛喝湯，媽咪隔一天沒煮湯，她就會想念，繼而要求媽咪煮。

也忘了是什麼時候媽咪哄她喝水時告訴她，要喝很多水她才會有精力像Hi-5裡的姐姐/哥哥一樣，可以做某些動作。原來小妞把這一切都聽進去了。現在只要她自己覺得稍有“成就”---可以做到某些事，即使是一些雞毛皮蒜如做到某舞蹈姿勢 / 轉兩圈呼啦圈之類的小事，她都不忘說：
“Because Koko drink a lot of water!!” 把一切都歸功於‘喝水’這等“大事”！！

June 09, 2011 Blur blur sunny day

After being completely closed for one day, the {ma--msak} kitchen is back to its normal operation today.



Like other kids, Iroko loves underwater creatures, including sharks ^.^

Mummy always feels uneasy/lacking for not preparing *happy meal* on any normal day, unexpectedly, the little queen does feel the same!! She kept reminding mummy to make her the seahorse, which she saw in mummy's sketch book, whenever both of us were in the kitchen yesterday. However, she enjoyed her take-away-chicken rice- lunch even without any cartoon/animal, etc. ;)

*happy lunch* includes:
Orange (starter) + Miso soup with laver sheets +
mashed potato & carrot + steamed cauliflower, broccoli, French beans & fish balls

吃完晚餐回家的路上，不知怎麼的喝奶的癮突然來了，小妞就戰戰兢兢地向媽咪要求--因為她知道，不是特殊情況，現在媽咪不允許她在睡覺前以外的時間吸奶，但其實她已經躺了下來，準備“就緒”還想幫媽咪“寬衣”，還一邊唱著：“The cows give us milk, the cowss give us milk, hai yo ho.....”

在一旁駕車的爹地馬上笑了出來，“eh, 妳的女兒說妳是母牛！！”#_#

媽咪就問：“Koko, are you saying mummy is a COW? Because mummy gives you milk! ”
小妞頓了一頓，馬上有點尷尬地否定：“NO!! Mummy is not moo moo. Mummy is mummy!”，語畢，就給媽咪一個吻*u*

女兒啊，其實媽咪打從心裡很樂意也很享受當妳的那頭母牛，那種和妳相依相偎的親密時光是最幸福的事！

April 27, 2011 A quilt-cover-dried-in-2-hours day!!

Iroko found an Angry Owl this morning in YouTube. That movie clip saves a lot mummy's time and brain-power, hehe...

*happy lunch* includes:
stir--fried French bean with rice sprinkle + fried egg with mushroom & anchovies + watercress soup

Mummy made a Chinese sushi set lunch for Iroko by wrapping the rice and fried egg with seaweed. Oh ya, the "sushi", which served with some thousand island tastes sooooo GOOD!!! (^o^)v

童言童語：
之前有提到小妞最近超喜歡往高處爬，再往地上跳。今天，她又在媽咪的床上蹦蹦跳跳，結果要跳下床時，失去重心，跌了一小絞，敲到了手肘。眼淚快飆出來的小妞馬上看了媽咪一眼，但發現在一邊忙著家務的媽咪沒有察覺她跌到，就即刻往房外走，在外頭跟自己對話，“哎喲，koko可憐咯！”

其實媽咪把事情的經過都看在眼裡，只是假裝看不見，要不然那小妞一定撒嬌，當場大哭一場！

不消10秒，小妞又進到睡房，看見媽咪笑著問她“怎麼了”，她有點怕出糗，佷尷尬地笑笑不語，媽咪忍不住問，“koko fell from the bed, did you?” 小妞馬上回答，“Mummy PANDAI oo!!”

April 26, 2011 It's summer day!

雪蓮果（又稱“山雪蓮”，“神果”）就是這個樣子了！！像番薯吧 ;p

When mummy over-heard the auntie next to her (who was so excited and busy choosing this stuff) mentioning the name of this potato-like tuber--山雪蓮，mummy suddenly became so "kiasu" and grabbed one into her basket too (because she thought that this is the “天山雪蓮”(Saussurea/"Snow Lotus")-- the magical medicine that always been used in those martial art action movies to save lives of heros & heroins!)

After doing some research, then only mummy realised the tuber that she bought is YACON/雪蓮果, but NOT what she expected, aakkkaaaaa ;p

However, it's also a surprise!! Yacon is well-known as a kind of supernutritious root vegetable!! It can also be eaten raw as fruit!

It is crispy in texture and sweet in taste. Of course, Yacon is health beneficial!
For Iroko: 
Serves a pre-biotic that helps digestion, thus prevents constipation;
feeds human colon-friendly bacteria, thus improves immune system.
For mummy:
Serves as antioxidant that maintains healthy skin (*u*)V;
regulates blood sugar level & reduces hypertension;
protects liver & lowers the bad cholesterol!!

Seems like the soup becomes the "main course" of the *happy lunch*, hehe... So, we have 3 ducklings as the side dish!

Iroko misses her daddy, who's out for business for > 10days, BADLY....

那小妞除了STAR和STOP, 其他‘S’ 開頭的詞，她都沒有辦法把‘S’的音先念出來，總是把它留在後面 >,< 

比如: SPOON 就變成了POON-S; SLOW--> LOW-S; SQUARE--> QUARE-S

February 23, 2011 Stuffy day

She isn't as talkative as mummy expected,
but she mumbles a lot!

She isn't a fluent speaker,
but she verbalises as she came across anything catching her eyes or ears!

She isn't an apt learner,
but she copies mummy's readings in earnest!

She isn't having many vocab in her "dictionary",
but she rattles on when her mood is right!

She isn't ready to say "I LOVE YOU",
but she calls "mummy mummy..." in whispers to tell "I LOVE YOU"!

Although she is rather a late-beginner she's never been bothered!
Mummy, do take it easy! She's still be herself, a slow happy young learner ;)

What a fun to hear Iroko imitates mummy & daddy by saying:
"ai shey man!"; "Be careful huh, don't fall, bleeding painful!"; "Oh my God, so big/so high...!"; "emm, so nice, yummy, good!"; "aiyo, very very hot/cold!"; "Come on! 快點！"

Slow down the pace, you will discover more amazing developments achieved by your child;
Listen sincerefully, you will hear the happinesses and sadnesses living in the little world of your child;
See thoughtfully, your child will surprise you by showing who you are!
